Returns + Exchanges 

Return unused, unwashed, and unworn merchandise with tags still connected within 10 days of the purchase (in store) or ship date for a full refund in Store Credit ONLY (minus the shipping cost).
Online Returns: Please send an email to with the following information:
  • First and Last Name
  • Order Number
  • Item you would like returned
  • Reason for return

Exchanges: Simply purchase the item you are wanting in a new order (before it sells out!) Send your unwanted item back within 10 days to receive a full refund. All unwanted items must be received within the 10 day window, no exceptions will be made.

Please note, no returns are offered on Jewelry or Sale Items.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages while in transit. All USPS tracking inquiries should be directed to USPS customer service. 


  • We only offer STORE CREDIT for returns. We don't issue refunds back to your method of payment.
  • The amount of your Store Credit is only for the item(s) you purchased and does not include the shipping.
  • Merchandise must be returned within 10 days of the fulfillment date.
  • Merchandise must be unwashed and unworn.
  • Shoes must be unworn and free of any scuffs or marks.
  • Store credit cannot be applied to future purchases until the return is processed. Meaning, you can not apply the store credit before we have actually issued it to you.
  • If an item is Ineligible for a Return and it is included, we will have to send back the Ineligible Item to you.
  • All Accessories are FINAL SALE and NOT eligible for Returns. Accessories are Jewelry, Hats, Scarves, Sunglasses, Handbags + Belts.
  • Bodysuits and Intimates are FINAL SALE and NOT eligible for Returns.
  • Please allow 1-3 business days for return processing.
  • Once your return is processed, we will email you an E-Gift Card with your store credit that you can use on the website.
  •  Store Credit does not expire.
